I glance at the mirror. I see the beauty in the girl in the mirror, her face a familiar sight. I turn to face it, looking more intently. The beauty drops away, I see spots on her chin, unkempt eyebrows, chapped, bitten lips. I step toward the mirror and focus on her eyes. The complex colors all spun together, grays and blues, greens and yellows, reds and browns, at first glance always appearing hazel, at a closer look the colors changing in the light. A fragile crystal glass slips from her fingers in a heartbeat, tears well up in her eyes, the flawless glass shatters little pieces scatter across the floor stinging tears stream down her face standing, immobile, frightened She realizes not a soul is home. so here is a rant: I am in school, my point is to learn, yes, i want to meet people, but number one needs to be school, and it can't be some guy i have only known for a year, no matter how much i love, or care about you. and your number one shouldnt be some girl, not even an amazing girl like me. its just not right, and if you think it is then your lieing to yourself. dont fault me because i wouldn't lie to you... i had to write it somewhere.
